Targeted Muscles: Core

A beneficial exercise that targets rotational movement and strength. Implement in your training regimens to add volume to your core muscles, especially the obliques. When performing the exercise, move further away from the anchor point to increase tension on the band to progress the movement. You can also transition to a band with more resistance when applicable. Band rotations are beneficial for all sports that have a significant rotational patterns required in the sport of play. The movement is suitable for all age and skill levels in the weight room.
