WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union (IGHSAU) is delighted to welcome Cookies Food Products as an official partner for the 2019-20 academic year. The Iowa-based company will serve as the presenting sponsor of a state championship sweepstakes prior to each of the IGHSAU’s ten (10) state championship events throughout the year.
“We are excited to welcome an Iowa-based company like Cookies Food Products as an official partner of the IGHSAU”, said IGHSAU Executive Director Jean Berger. “This partnership will support our student-athletes and help us to create the very best championship experience for our schools, families, and fans.”
Each state championship sweepstakes will include a short quiz to test fan knowledge about Cookies’ line of sauces and seasonings. By completing the quiz, fans will be entered to win all-session tickets to a specific state championship along with a prize package from Cookies Food Products.

The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union is the only state activity association in the nation solely devoted to promoting, directing, and regulating interscholastic athletics for junior high and high school girls.
