Associate Director
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Associate Director plays an integral role in leading key outreach and educational operations for the IGHSAU. The Associate Director serves as a member of the IGHSAU Management team and provides strategic leadership and vision to implement activities that support the goals of the IGHSAU. This position is responsible for the day-to-day support for programming in areas such as community engagement, leadership, mentoring programs as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives. Opportunity to serve as Sport Administrator.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience.
  • Experience with educational programming in school setting.
  • Supervisory experience.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Positive interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and manage delegated tasks.
  • Ability to build relationships with board members, member schools, organizations, and state associations

Assistant Director

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Assistant Director for Sponsorships and Branding is responsible for the development of IGHSAU corporate marketing sponsorships and fulfillment. The position also focuses on implementing comprehensive brand development strategy, while also maintaining high brand standards for all design, video, social media and facilitating positive aspects of the fan experience. Works closely with communications, publications, ticketing and public relations. Creates and coordinates promotional activities and social media coverage for athletic events. Oversees all IGHSAU branding and licensing decisions. Opportunity to serve as a Sport Administrator.
