Golf

As one of Iowa’s oldest sanctioned sports for high school girls, golf has the highest number of high school girls participants per capita.

Girls who participate in golf not only develop their fundamentals and skills but also form friendships both on and off the golf course. The competitions, team-building activities, community/school outreach and practice contribute to these friendships while instilling a lifelong love of the game. Iowa currently has four classes of golf.
