Weekly Training Tip #20 - Lower Body Stability

Targeted Movers: Connective Tissue, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gluteus Minimus Medius & Maximus.

The soft unstable surface enables athletes to train in challenging movements and isometric positions without having to put excessive resistance loads and stresses on the body. This is a great complement to any strength training program to isolate and strengthen ankle, knee, & hip joints. The focus of these stability movements is to improve balance, body awareness and coordination.
