Weekly Training Tip #36 - Foot Fire 10's
The logic behind this drill is to develop coordination patterns at a faster rate than what is seen at full stride length while improving synchronization as it relates to rapid acceleration from quick agility movements transitioned into full drive phase stride lengths often seen in sport. This drill concentrates on improved quickness and speed and the efficient transitions from one to the other. Coaching cues include cycle arms and decreased ground contact time.
